My Father, you have seen me and known me before the beginning. Created as a man mere creature of dust, yet purposely formed by the substance of your breath. You knew all along. You know. You Are. I praise you, such depth of magnificent magnitude too wonderful for me.

Oh Lord, I am loved by you, etched. Seeking, I rest in your arms; do not forsake me from your presence! As I lean on your shoulder, I confide in your knowing of me. Your gaze upon me is evident, observing my every detail. You reveal my innermost being with your piercing, radiating fire. My God have mercy, have mercy!

Remember me. Assure my soul of your promises– as it is written, “today you will be with me in paradise.”¹ Forever today’s in you, and you in me. Create in me a faithful, obedient heart, my King. I lay on your feet. Instruct me in your ways, yes, keep searching me. Glorify yourself in my life. For as the stars shine brilliant, your glory resides within.

“And those teaching do shine as the brightness of the expanse, and those justifying the multitude as stars to the age and for ever.”²
